Okay, so it's not technically midcentury modern...
...but I wanted to include a few photos of this fix & flip. In 2013, wanting to generate some income to do a major kitchen remodel on our own home, I transformed this run-down 1922 bungalow, which had been a rental for more than a decade, into a gorgeous and classic home. The Integrity Modern philosophy comes into play here, with refinished hardwood floors, original built-ins, and a refurbished clawfoot tub.
I designed the remodel, general-contracted this job, and spent a lot of time with a paintbrush in my hand.
With a great location in trendy northwest Denver, this home was a winner. We had 6 offers on this house within 4 days of putting it on the market, and sold it for close to 10% over our asking price.
